WARRANTY INFORMATION
This Warranty is valid for any purchases made May 1, 2022 and later. Any purchases made on or after May 1, 2022 will adhere to the Warranty information below, as it has been updated.
Thank you for purchasing this Kahlmi Baby Massager.
Your Kahlmi Baby Massager comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty from your date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or mechanical issues that have not been caused by user error.
We will ask for the unit to be returned for testing and inspection, to determine if you qualify for a repair or replacement. The Kahlmi will pay for the return shipping of any defective unit if within 30 days from date of purchase. If the unit becomes defective after 30 days from date of purchase, we will ask you to ship the unit at your own cost for repair/replacement. You may also be required to pay for shipping of your new device or repaired unit to get it back to you.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
Subject to the exclusions contained below, our manufacturer warrants that this product (“Product”) is manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for the period outlined below. This Warranty is your exclusive warranty and is not transferable.
WHO IS COVERED?
This Warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser on kahlmi.com or at Authorized Retailers, and is non transferable.
WHAT WILL KAHLMI DO?
Kahlmi or its authorized distributor at its option and within a commercially reasonable time, will at no charge repair or replace any Products or Accessories that does not conform to this Warranty. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/ pre-owned or new Products, Accessories or parts.
PRODUCT WARRANTY LENGTH
One (1) year from the date of the Products, original purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product. We may ask for proof of purchase in order to verify your warranty. So please keep proof of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
Normal Wear and Tear. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage. Batteries. Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from:
(a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse, or using the device on anything but a flat hard surface.
(b) contact with liquid (outside of humidifier/aromatherapy use), water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;
(c) use of the Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or
(d) other acts which are not the fault of the Kahlmi, are excluded from coverage. Use of Non-Kahlmi branded Products and Accessories.
(e) Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-Kahlmi branded or certified Products or Accessories or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage. Unauthorized Service or Modification.
(f)Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than The Kahlmi or its authorized service centers, are excluded from coverage.
(g)Altered Products. Products or Accessories with
- serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated;
- broken seals or that show evidence of tampering;
- mismatched board serial numbers; or
- nonconforming or non-Kahlmi branded housings, or parts, are excluded from coverage.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY INFORMATION?
To initiate a warranty claim you must email our customer support team at support@kahlmi.com within one year of purchase and return the defective product in the original packaging to our Toronto, Canada or Bell, California address. The Kahlmi may require you to provide proof of purchase before receiving warranty service. The consumer assumes all risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit.
If service is required after 30 days of purchase, customer will be required to pay for shipping charges to have product inspected and assessed.
Once the defective product is received by Kahlmi, the company will determine whether to repair the product or to replace with a new or refurbished unit. Units that are determined to have been damaged in a manner that voids the warranty will not receive a replacement. Replacement units are not covered by any warranty.
