Please note our fulfillment center starts at 5am MST while our customer service does not start until 8am PST so if you email to cancel an order during the night (or over the weekend), it will not be received before being packed.

In order to return your product it must be within 30 days of purchase on our website. Please reference your order number when contacting us.

The product must not be damaged and should be in good working condition. The merchandise should be returned in its original packaging.

Our return process is simple:

For U.S. customers, we will provide you a return label for a faster refund and an easy way to track your return.Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for return or is defective. This may take up to one week.Please allow at least 1 week for us to process your refund.
